Ava: Decoration Style

Here's how Ava decorates the tree:

The tree has since been completed but I often find the bottom half of the tree decorations rearranged by a 3-foot elf.

Here's a picture of Ava all in pink. She looks like a bottle of Pepto Bismol:

She was practically shivering with delight at her all-pink outfit, admiring herself in the full-lngth mirror in our hallway/foyer area. She loves wearing tights and bursts into tears when she cannot wear tights. She doesn't like wearing jeans and when she does, she says she's a "girl-boy." When she sees women wearing jeans, she calls them "girl-boy," also. She definitely prefers wearing dresses and skirts, preferably with tights in the wintertime. It's one thing to fight with your three-year-old to put on the appropriate outfit and your three-year-old just wants to wear something else but it's another thing when she only wants to wear dresses and tights.

We got her two pairs of tights for Christmas. :-)
