Ava identifies the movies she watches with names or characters, and usually mispronounces some of them. She'll say, "I want watch (insert title)." Here's a list (not that it's useful to anyone but her mommy):
"Dwella" = Cinderella
"Mouse" = Ratatouille
"Bear, boy, snake" = The Jungle Book
"Dog" = 101 Dalmatians or Clifford the Red Dog
"Chockwaite" (chocolate) = Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
"Staw-berry Cake" = any of her Strawberry Shortcake videos
"Epafa" (elephant) = Horton Hears A Who
"Mee-mo" = Finding Nemo
"Veggie Tale Star of Cream-mas" = Star of Christmas, a Veggie Tales video
"Froggie" = Leapfrog videos
"Pwincess, Shrek, donkey" = Shrek movies
I love her pronunciation with the "w" in places of "l" and "r."
Ava and Darcy
We so enjoyed hearing Ava talk when she was with us in July. We still laugh about the things she said and did. She made a big impression on the whole family and they still comment about her visit.
