That's How We Roll

Ladiieeees and gentlemen! TODAY....today, the world has been changed. It's never the same again. The course of your lives have been altered. Here, I'll tell you why! Darling Ava, the pride of the Robinett household, the gray-eyed wonder, the remarkable baby has achieved an awesome, amazing, acrobatic feat (like the alliteration?), the milestone of milestones, the move of moves, the biggest hurdle of her 3-month life (drum roll)....

AVA ROLLED OVER! (Applause)

Yes, yes, you read it right! She rolled over! What an amazing baby! Ava has practiced and practiced by rolling onto her side. She agreed to be laid down on her stomach to make the remarkable attempt at the fantastic act of rolling over. After much straining, grunting, and a couple of fussy cries, while her parents restrained themselves from swooping in, she executed her first roll at 7:55 pm on Friday night, July 17th, 2009. Her parents whooped with joy! They commemorated the occasion with a photo which they, after rejoicing has died down, will post soon!

Greg here. Unfortunately, while Diana had me proofread her post, she opted to go get her chocolate fix at CVS up the road. While she was away, Ava rolled again, this time from her back over to her front, performing a very graceful face-plant. That was around 8:15. Ever since she figured out that trick, she's been rolling back and forth pretty regularly! I think she likes her new trick!
